Refund policy

At AnsaarOnline, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Personal care / hygiene products (for safety reasons)
  • Clearance or sale items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method:

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa
  • Online payments: Refund to original payment method

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs (unless product is faulty)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
