Refund policy
At AnsaarOnline, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Personal care / hygiene products (for safety reasons)
- Clearance or sale items
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method:
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa
- Online payments: Refund to original payment method
4. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item received
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs (unless product is faulty)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
